DilmexKEY

Distance Sales Contract

Effective: 21 October 2026

The contract for the distance sale of digital product codes.

1. Parties

Seller: DILMEX LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15652781. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Email: destek@dilmex.net. Phone: +90 507 342 42 32.

Buyer: the person aged 18 or over who places the order and whose name and e-mail address are registered on their Dilmex account.

2. Subject

This contract covers the sale and delivery of activation codes (“Code”) for digital products such as games, software, subscriptions and gift cards, ordered electronically by the Buyer on https://dilmexkey.com. A Code is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium; nothing is shipped. The product name, platform, region, quantity and total price appear in the order summary and in the order confirmation e-mail.

A Code is activated once on an account of the platform concerned (e.g. Steam, Xbox, PlayStation); once activated it is tied to that account and, because of the platform's technical protection measures (account-bound licence, region lock, online verification), may not be transferable to another account. The devices, operating system and platform the product runs on, and any system requirements, are shown on the product page.

3. Price and payment

The total price is the amount shown when ordering; prices include any taxes applicable to the sale and no extra charges (delivery, service fees etc.) apply. The price is taken in advance through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card; card and account details are not passed to the Seller. Payments are taken in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling (PayPal does not support Turkish lira); your card issuer may add exchange or foreign transaction fees. As PayPal does not operate in Türkiye, payments from Türkiye may not be accepted by PayPal.

4. Delivery

  • After the payment is confirmed the Code is delivered to “My codes” on the Buyer's account, usually within a few minutes. Codes are not sent by e-mail; they are shown only on the account, when the Buyer asks to see them.
  • Codes of pre-ordered products are delivered on the product's release date.
  • Orders held for a security review are delivered once the review is complete.
  • Codes that cannot be delivered because of a supply problem are refunded to the PayPal account or card used; in orders with several codes only the undelivered codes are refunded.

5. Right of withdrawal

When ordering, the Buyer expressly requests immediate delivery of the Code and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the Code is delivered to their account. For consumers resident in Türkiye under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (intangible goods delivered instantly), and for consumers in the United Kingdom under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after delivery. An order for codes not yet delivered can be cancelled through support or by writing to destek@dilmex.net, and is refunded within 14 days at the latest.

6. Faulty codes

If a delivered Code does not work, the Buyer reports it through support. The Seller checks the Code with its supplier; if it turns out to be faulty, a replacement is supplied or, if that is not possible, the price is refunded. A Code already redeemed by the Buyer, tried on an account outside a region restriction the Buyer confirmed, or a platform account restricted by the platform does not make the Code faulty. This clause does not limit your mandatory rights under Law No. 6502 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Governing law and disputes

This contract is governed by the law of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive the Buyer of the mandatory consumer protection of the country where they habitually reside. Buyers resident in Türkiye may apply, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they live or where the transaction took place and, above those limits, to the Consumer Courts after the mediation required by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502; other Buyers may go to the competent courts where they live or to the courts of England and Wales.

8. Entry into force

Before completing the order, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read and accept this contract and the Pre-contract Information, and separately confirms the request for immediate delivery and the statement on the right of withdrawal; the Seller keeps a record of these confirmations.

The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed. After the payment is confirmed and before the Code is delivered, the Seller sends a confirmation of the contract (order contents, price, seller details, your statement on the right of withdrawal and the versions of the documents you accepted) to the Buyer's e-mail address.
