Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of https://dilmexkey.com, operated by DILMEX LIMITED (“Dilmex”), and of the shared Dilmex account. Anyone who uses the site or creates an account (the “User”) accepts these terms.

Purchases are also governed by the Distance Sales Contract, the Pre-contract Information and the Refund Policy; where they conflict, those documents prevail.

2. Age and account

• You must be 18 or over to buy. Your date of birth is asked once at your first purchase and can afterwards only be corrected by our support team; a false statement may lead to the account being closed.
• The User is responsible for keeping account details accurate, for keeping the password secret and for everything done with the account; unauthorised use must be reported to destek@dilmex.net at once.
• The Dilmex account is a single account that also works with other Dilmex services.

3. Products and use of codes

• The site sells activation codes for digital products such as games, software, subscriptions and gift cards. Codes come from wholesale distributors or from Dilmex's own stock; the product itself (game, software, service) is subject to the publisher's or the platform's terms.
• To use a code you need an account on the platform concerned (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Microsoft etc.) and must accept its terms.
• Some codes only work on accounts of a given region. The region is shown on the product page and in the basket; when you buy a code that may not work in your region, you confirm this separately.
• Codes are for personal use. Bulk buying for resale is not allowed; so that everyone can get the products, daily quantity limits per product and per account and an amount limit on the first order apply.

4. Misuse and security review

To prevent fraud, orders go through automatic checks; an order that looks suspicious is reviewed by a member of our staff before delivery and is then either delivered or refunded. If someone else's payment method is used, the payment for a delivered code is wrongly reversed (chargeback) or limits are circumvented with other accounts, Dilmex may suspend or close the account and exercise its legal rights.

5. Prices and stock

Prices shown on the site apply at the time of the order; prices and stock may change with supply. Products whose price changes or that sell out after the order and cannot be delivered are refunded; completed orders are not affected by price changes.

6. Limitation of liability

Dilmex is not responsible for the product, service, region rules or account decisions of platforms or publishers, nor for a code used on the wrong account or against a region restriction the User confirmed. To the extent permitted by law, Dilmex's liability is limited to the price of the order concerned. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or the consumer's mandatory rights, including those for faulty digital content.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protection of the law of the country where they habitually reside, nor of the right to go to the competent bodies where they live; consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502.
